CUSTOMER QUOTE PORTAL · LAST UPDATED JUNE 2026
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information is shared only with service providers that operate this portal on our behalf — including Cloudflare (hosting, database), Netlify (website hosting), and Slack (internal staff notifications of your quotes and requests) — and where required by law. These providers process data solely to deliver their services to us.
Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We retain account and service records for as long as needed to serve your company and meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law, by emailing capacity@cargocounty.com. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
This portal is provided for authorized customers of Cargo County Group. Accounts are issued per company; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for misuse, scraping, or sharing of pricing with third parties.
Online quotes are estimates generated from our current tariff and the details you enter. They are valid for 7 days, exclude taxes, and remain subject to our Terms & Conditions 2026, including accessorial charges that apply as required and our right to adjust rates (peak season, equipment availability, capacity surcharges, and similar). A quote is not a guarantee of capacity until a booking is confirmed by our team.
Transit times and shipment statuses shown in the portal are estimates provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery commitments. Carriage of goods is governed by the bill of lading, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable law — not by information displayed on this website.
The portal is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cargo County Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing on this website expands our liability for carriage beyond the limits set out in our Terms & Conditions and the bill of lading.
All content on this portal — including pricing, branding, and software — is the property of Cargo County Group and may not be copied, scraped, or redistributed without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
